Technical Recruiter

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter, who understands the concepts of IT, and is comfortable with technical jargon.

We’re in the people business. Our four brands all focus on finding the right talent to work for top organizations across North America. Your role is to help us find the best talent in the field and to pair them with our Clients in leading agencies across North America.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build, grow, and maintain a network of IT resource contacts across a range of IT disciplines, for opportunities in North America.

• Recruit IT resources according to specific technical and non-technical criteria, while working under varying time constraints, differing from one client/request to the next (anywhere from same-day submissions to 1 week).

• Ability to analyze and interpret job descriptions and run searches independently, using a number of different tools.

•Negotiate rate and salary with contractors and employees, cover counter-offer scenarios and other important details every step of the way to ensure a high-closing ratio.
