Talent Associate

A Talent Associate will collaborate with Engagement Managers to proactively identify candidates for client engagements. Talent Associate’s responsibilities include searching social networks and job sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and screening potential candidates. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our client’s current and future staffing needs.

Talent Associate’s Responsibilities
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media/networks, etc
• Screen candidates resumes
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
